Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all services provided by Aira Xpert Solutions ("we", "us", "our") — including web design and development, SEO, digital marketing, e-commerce solutions, graphic design, video production and professional training courses. By engaging us for any service or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.

2. Quotes & Scope of Work

Every project begins with a written quote or proposal describing the scope of work, deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and billed separately. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Payments

• Projects typically require an advance payment before work begins, with the balance due on agreed milestones or at completion.
• Final deliverables, website handover and hosting/domain transfers are released after full payment.
• Third-party costs (domains, hosting, premium themes/plugins, ad spend, Shopify subscriptions, etc.) are billed at cost and payable in addition to our fees.
• Course fees are payable before the course or batch begins unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide content, images, branding materials and account access needed for the project in a timely manner.
• Review work and give feedback within a reasonable time so timelines can be met.
• Ensure that any material you supply does not infringe third-party rights — you are responsible for content you provide.

5. Revisions

Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in its proposal. Additional revisions or changes requested after approval of a stage are billed separately at our standard rates.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for your project. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party assets (stock media, themes, plugins, fonts) remain subject to their own licenses.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Websites and stores are often built on third-party platforms such as WordPress, Shopify or WooCommerce. We are not responsible for changes, outages, pricing or policies of those platforms after handover.

8. Training Courses

Course schedules, durations and content are communicated at enrollment. We may reschedule sessions where necessary and will inform enrolled students in advance. Certificates (where offered) are issued on satisfactory completion of the course.

9. Limitation of Liability

We deliver all services with professional skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, traffic or search rankings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.

10. Termination

Either party may end a project in writing. You will be invoiced for work completed up to the date of termination, and the Refund Policy will apply to any remaining amounts.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan.
