FAQ

Common Questions

Do I need coding skills for UI/UX design?
No coding skills are required! UI/UX design focuses on visual design and user experience. However, understanding basic HTML/CSS concepts can be helpful for designer-developer collaboration.
Is a design degree required?
No degree is required. UI/UX design is a skill-based field. A strong portfolio matters more than formal education. This course will help you build that portfolio from scratch.
What's the difference between UI and UX design?
UX (User Experience) focuses on how a product works and feels — user research, flow, and usability. UI (User Interface) focuses on visual design — colors, typography, and visual elements. This course covers both comprehensively.
What software will I need?
You'll primarily need Figma (free to use) and a computer. We'll also introduce you to Adobe XD and other tools. Figma works on both Mac and Windows through the browser or desktop app.
What career opportunities exist for UI/UX designers?
UI/UX designers are in high demand across tech companies, agencies, startups, and enterprises. Roles include UI Designer, UX Designer, Product Designer, Interaction Designer, and UX Researcher with competitive salaries.
How long will it take to get a job?
With a strong portfolio and the skills from this course, many students land their first design role within 3-6 months of completing the course. We provide job placement support and interview preparation.
